Strategic Planning

Leading and operating an organization equitably takes practice. As your practice partner, KSO Consulting supports leaders in implementing a racial equity framework and conducting racial equity analyses through consultation and technical assistance.

We conduct a deep, data-driven analysis of the client's internal systems across the entire employee lifecycle (hire-to-retire) and critical business functions. This is not simply a climate survey; it's a rigorous examination of power distribution, resource allocation, and policy impact on marginalized racial groups.

The output is a clear, prioritized, and measurable Racial Equity Strategic Roadmap.

Coaching

KSO Consulting partners with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process where they are empowered to maximize their personal and professional potential. Through curiosity, observation, and seeking clarity, coach KSO Consulting unlocks previously untapped sources of leadership, imagination, and success as defined by our clients.

The coaching moves beyond theory to focus on applied Leadership Coaching in real-time scenarios, such as budget allocation, crisis management, difficult stakeholder engagement, and strategic visioning, all centered on racial equity.

Change
Facilitation

Realizing and honing the skills and competencies required to embed equity takes practice. Through our engaging group sessions offered online or in person, we train leaders and staff to embed racial equity in their work by providing practical tools and transformative insights.

The I⁵ Disrupt the Status Quo Racial Equity Journey® equips participants with the language and skills to practice racial equity effectively. As part of the program, participants will work through a comprehensive workbook and journal designed to deepen understanding, support self-reflection, and guide ongoing application of racial equity principles in their personal and professional contexts.

Workshops & Seminars

KSO Consulting is currently scheduling opportunities for informing, motivating, and inspiring audiences to advance racial equity as leaders, allies, and accomplices.
We specialize in the development and delivery of standardized, impactful training programs tailored to different employee levels (e.g., all staff, people managers, leadership teams).

The goal is to establish a common language and baseline competence, moving beyond awareness to behavioral change and skill-building in confronting bias and challenging inequitable norms.

Welcome to Disruption

Meaningful racial equity work requires readiness for disruption. Organizations must be willing to move beyond comfort and “the way we’ve always done things” to examine the systems, practices, and power dynamics that maintain inequitable outcomes.

KSO Consulting developed the social impact mission-centered program and community called Experience WELLTH.

Experience WELLTH is a wellness + health community for all BIPOC racial equity / justice practitioners and leaders to experience wellness,  and health. As we grow, we will transition content from the current private LinkedIn group to our website and develop a membership community.

Experience WELLTH for Organizations

Organizations cannot sustain meaningful change when people are operating in survival mode.

Experience WELLTH (wellness + health) supports leaders, teams, and employee groups in understanding how stress, workplace culture, racialized harm, and chronic overextension impact wellbeing, decision-making, performance, and sustainability at work.

For leaders, WELLTH creates space to build greater self-awareness, regulate stress responses, and strengthen the capacity to lead with clarity, care, and intentionality, especially during periods of organizational change and disruption.

For Black employees, employees of color, and employee resource/community groups, WELLTH acknowledges the real impact of toxic workplace environments, “onlyness,” racial stress, and systemic inequities on the mind and body. Through facilitated conversations, tools, reflection, and community-centered practices, participants explore ways to protect their wellbeing and support healing while broader organizational and systems-change efforts are ongoing.

We believe wellbeing and healing are not luxuries; they are essential to sustainable leadership, collective care, and experience liberation.

Experience WELLTH for Individuals & Community Groups

Experience WELLTH helps Black folks and the African diaspora reconnect to healing, rest, and joy — not just to survive, but to thrive. We recognize the real impact of racism, chronic stress, burnout, “onlyness,” and systemic inequities on the mind, body, and spirit.

Through gatherings, reflections, community-centered conversations, and practical tools, WELLTH creates space for individuals and groups to slow down, reconnect, and build sustainable practices for wellbeing and healing while navigating systems that demand more than they give.

We also believe healing cannot happen only at the individual level. Many of us are carrying the emotional, physical, and spiritual impacts of environments that reward overwork, constant performance, disconnection, and survival. WELLTH creates opportunities to pause, reflect, learn, and reconnect to ourselves and one another in ways that support sustainability and collective care.

Whether through the WELLTH Exchange, community gatherings, future WELLTH Labs, or The Liberated Mind learning experiences, we are building spaces that center truth-telling, restoration, creativity, and liberation.

We believe wellbeing is not a luxury. Collective care, creativity, connection, and joy are essential practices of healing and liberation.
