We Promote Wellbeing and Healing
Cultivating a Community
You don't have to carry this alone.
If you've been holding it all together (at home, at work, in your family and friends group, or in your body, this space was created for you.
Experience WELLTH (wellness + health) is a community for Black women and others navigating systems that demand everything while offering very little care in return. Here, we name what we're carrying, understand what's shaping it, and practice ways to move differently...toward healing, sustainability, and liberation. When everything feels heavy, our minds shift into survival mode. However, susrvival isn't the same as peace. This is the starting point
WELLTH creates spaces for Black people and other communities of color to rest, heal, and connect. We believe wellbeing and healing are not luxuries, but essential practices of self-love, community care, and liberation.
